Selina Pahun joins the Pacific Financial Inclusion Programme office in PNG as the Financial Inclusion Coordinator. She has nine years experience working with the private sector, civil society and the Government of PNG, including in the PNG LNG project and with PNG Institute of Banking & Business Management. She has recently completed her Masters in International Public Health from the University of Sydney in Australia.
In PNG, Selina supports the work of the Bank of PNG and the Government of PNG, the Centre for Excellence in Financial Inclusion, financial institutions, and stakeholders on the agenda of expanding financial inclusion in Papua New Guinea.
Selina is very enthusiastic about the field of financial inclusion and it’s relevance to public health. PFIP is showing her the different skills and experience she needs to inter link and best achieve the newly launched Sustainable Development Goals.
